Residence visa & Emirates ID: for you and your family

With your own company in Dubai, you can obtain a residence visa for yourself and then bring your partner and children over. Then there's the Emirates ID, your ID card for almost everything in daily life: bank, tenancy agreement, mobile contract, school. The process has fixed steps in a fixed order. We keep track of it all and tell you where you need to be and when.

What we take care of for you

  • Coordination of the entire visa process: From the entry permit through the change of status and the medical examination to the issuing of your visa and Emirates ID.
  • Appointments: We book the appointments for the medical examination and fingerprints and align them with your arrival.
  • Communication with the authorities throughout the entire visa process.
  • Family: Your partner and children as dependants, step by step after your own visa.
  • Accompaniment to important appointments by arrangement; in the Elite package for full days and with a driver.

Who gets a visa?

  • You as the company owner: Through your own company. A residence visa through an IFZA company is valid for two years and can be renewed.
  • Your partner and children: As dependants, sponsored by you.
  • With a job offer instead of your own company: In that case, your employer issues the visa. We help you settle in with our Newcomer package.

Whether your family situation works visa-wise the way you have in mind is something we check in the very first consultation.

One tip we give everyone

Check early how long your passports are still valid, including your children's. A passport that expires too soon can hold up the process for the whole family, and getting a new one in your home country takes time.

Which package?

The residence visa and Emirates ID are included in the Plus package and the Elite package. In the Elite package, we also book the officially available express services. With the Core package, you can add visa coordination as an extra. We pass on official fees without a mark-up.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to be in Dubai the whole time?

No, but for individual steps such as the medical examination and fingerprints, you need to be there in person. We schedule the appointments so that your trip is easy to plan.

Can you guarantee the visa?

No, nobody can honestly do that. The decision is made by the authorities. We make sure your application is complete and properly prepared. In practice, that is the part that goes wrong most often.

What is the Emirates ID?

The identity card for all residents of the UAE. Without it, there is no bank account, no tenancy agreement and no mobile contract in your name. That's why we plan for it from the very start.
